Hi, everything arrived in perfect condition & very quickly too! I was impressed cause after 2 days I didn't have to wait in for the postie anymore which compared to a lot of sites I've used is a welcome change! I was also glad of the updates for each stage of the order it at least gives you a clue if it's dispatched or not when you're thinking of daring to pop out to the shop or not & again some companies only send you he dispatch note when you've already got the parcel/not at all so that was brilliant to be able to keep track of things and organise my time a lot better.
 
The courtesy note was a nice touch too, it's good to see a company with a commitment to customer service,satisfaction & after care.
