Thanks for your follow up email.  I was more than happy with the order I placed with you and VERY impressed both with your communications as well as the speed at which the order arrived - particularly as I placed the order outside of normal office hours.   If a small(ish) company like yourselves can manage such a rapid delivery it makes one wonder why the bigger ones can't.
