Many thanks for your note.  Everything did indeed arrive safely and in
perfect order.  I would like to pass on my particular thanks to the lady
who answered the phone when I called prior to placing the order; she was
extremely helpful and gave a "human touch" to the remote
ordering-on-line experience!
