Hello there,

Yes, my replacement card arrived safe and well.

I would like to say that the young lady I spoke to on the phone, (Rachel, I think), could not have been more helpful  - and pleasant, and is a real credit to your staff.

I had made a blunder  - initially ordering the wrong size card blanks -  and this young lady did everything she could to help me get sorted out as quickly as possible.
