I would like to say that the young lady I spoke to on the phone, (Rachel, I think), could not have been more helpful - and pleasant, and is a real credit to your staff. I had made a blunder - initially ordering the wrong size card blanks - and this young lady did everything she could to help me get sorted out as quickly as possible. Thank you very much indeed. Customer FeedbackHi,My order has arrived safely and in perfect order as usual, Thank you. It is great to be able to buy the things I want for making cards without any worries, even if you are on the other side of the world. I live in a small city in the north of New Zealand and there a very few craft shops here, and none that sell card making products, so it is really wonderful to be able to buy them from you. thank you once again Margaret Beer
